As former GCs, our attorneys have extensive transactional experience, including advising clients on deal structuring, negotiation tactics, and cross-border and regulatory issues to drafting and negotiating purchase and sales agreements and other collateral deal documents. On the financing side, we work with companies on capital raising, fund formation, and debt/equity financing matters.
