Jessica Davis has extensive experience in resolving disputes and negotiating commercial contracts in many different industries. Jessica's background as a litigator allows her to counsel her clients effectively on how to manage and negotiate a wide variety of conflicts ranging from the infringement or misappropriation of intellectual property rights to the breach of contractual obligations.
Previously, Jessica was a senior litigation associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges where she managed complex patent litigations through trial and appeal. Jessica also is a member of Patent GC, where her practice focuses on counseling in-house legal and business teams on intellectual property and technology matters, and a senior legal editor at Thomson Reuters, where she creates practical know-how resources and legal updates.
Jessica received her JD from Columbia University School of Law where she was a James Kent Scholar and an AB degree in physics from Princeton University.
When she isn't working, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and twin daughters, reading crime fiction, sampling tasting menus and staying fit by taking tabata classes.
