Rhonda Gibb-Shulman is Senior Director of Business Development for Outside GC and works closely with the firm’s leadership team to build, manage and execute market-driven strategies to bring the benefits of Outside GC to new and existing clients. 

Rhonda has over two decade’s experience as a business development executive guiding clients with custom solutions to their tech and legal needs. Previously, Rhonda’s work has focused on business continuity solutions via state-of-the-art satellite technology (Motorola), technology resiliency services for critical applications (Iron Mountain and PRAXIS), valuation and commercialization services for intellectual property portfolios (Ocean Tomo), custom executive education programs (University of Southern California), innovative litigation services (Courtroom Sciences), and advanced case management software for the U.S. Department of Justice Trustee Program (Olofson Technology). Rhonda's experience selling professional services to executives and corporate legal is complemented by her strong customer-focus and service as a brand ambassador for the organization.

Rhonda earned a Management degree from Pepperdine Graziadio School of Business.

Rhonda is active in her community and has served on the Board of Directors at YMCA of Orange County, as a member and fundraiser for ChildHelp, and as a volunteer for Surfrider Foundation. She is currently involved with a non-profit focused on supporting Chicago's at-risk youth.

Rhonda is a Chicago born-California girl who has returned to her roots where she lives with her husband, three bonus sons and her dog, Louie. In her downtime, she enjoys cooking (if you can call it that compared to others on the OGC team), gardening, binge watching stand-up, documentaries and HGTV, or walking the city and exploring new restaurants.
