Alan Roth

Alan Roth has 30 years of corporate law experience representing a wide range of companies (closely and publicly-held, well-established, start-up, for-profit and non-profit) in many industries, including tech. His broad and deep experience enable him to consistently close commercial deals for his clients, both as buyers and sellers, on the best possible terms. Alan’s practice has evolved from being primarily commercial to focusing on federal, state and local government contracts and those with leading educational institutions. He regularly reviews and explains state procurement laws and regulations, as well as the use of FAR and DFAR clauses in federal government contracts.

He lives in Newton with his wife and is enjoying the resumption of the empty nest post-Covid.
