Continuing to expand its team of experienced, on-demand, in-house counsel attorneys, Outside GC today announced the addition of Jordan Karp and Cynthia Pevehouse as members of the firm’s D.C. Metro area group, further strengthening the firm’s offerings in the bio-tech, life science, information technology and new media markets.

Jordan Karp comes to Outside GC with over 20 years of in-house legal experience, having last served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at PharmAthene, Inc., a publicly traded biotechnology company. His extensive experience advising bio-tech companies on a wide-range of strategic and operational matters will be valued by Outside GC’s growing list of bio-tech and life sciences clients.
