Her experience includes employment law compliance, organizational change, diversity and inclusion, employment-related agreements, arbitrations and litigations, wage and hour, workplace training and policies, and recruiting, hiring, managing and terminating employees.
Prior to joining Outside GC, Natasha worked as an employment law attorney in the financial services industry. She was a legal consultant at a premier investment management firm and a senior in-house attorney at global banking giant, Citigroup, where she provided primary internal employment law support to various major U.S. lines of business. While working in-house, Natasha honed her ability to adapt to changing business environments and developed a deep appreciation for real world solutions.
Before going in-house, Natasha was an attorney with Day, Berry & Howard (now Day, Pitney) in their Employment Law and Litigation department. While in private practice, she litigated employment law cases to verdict in both federal and state courts and briefed and argued an appeal before the Connecticut Appellate Court. Natasha also defended employers against discrimination and related claims before federal and state administrative agencies.
Natasha is admitted to practice in the States of New York and Connecticut, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (inactive). Natasha graduated Phi Beta Kappa and with honors from Vassar College, and received her J.D. with honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where she was an associate editor of The Connecticut Law Review.
Natasha lives with her family in Connecticut, where she serves on the Board of a local not-for-profit dedicated to ending homelessness.
