Michael Mendelson

Michael is a veteran general counsel and business executive, having worked extensively over the past 20 years with telecom, IT, aerospace, defense, manufacturers, high technology companies, as well as start-ups of all kinds. Michael’s areas of concentration include outside general counsel services to start-ups; SMEs, and high-growth companies; mergers and acquisition; early stage financing and venture capital; cross-border transactions; corporate governance; U.S. and international commercial contracts; federal government contracts; international government tenders; export control compliance and licensing; sanctions compliance and licensing; supply chain contracting, regulation, and compliance; national security and FOCI compliance; anti-bribery and corruption compliance; and ethics investigations.

Michael is a Freemason, and board member of his lodge’s charitable foundation, which provides college scholarships to high school students and relief to local families in need. In his spare time, Michael enjoys mountain hiking, horseback riding, archery, practically any outdoor adventure, learning languages, and history. He also loves rugby (did he mention rugby?) although mostly as a spectator these days.
