Marc is a retired executive with significant management and legal experience, having served in multiple C-suite roles, including General Counsel, and as a law firm Managing Partner over the course of his 30 year career.

David Blackwood is Chief Business Officer of Outside GC, in charge of new client development on a firmwide basis. David has nearly 30 years of experience serving as general counsel to privately-held companies in a variety of industries,

Kelley Hippler serves as the Chief Revenue Officer for Outside GC. Kelley is a global business executive with 20 years of experience building bold, profitable sales and customer success organizations. She excels in looking beyond quotas to envision how client engagement and employee experience can benefit the business and bottom line.

Amy Katz serves as the Chief Talent Officer for Outside GC.

Prior to rejoining Outside GC in November 2021, Amy was a Managing Director and executive search consultant with leading global legal search firm Major, Lindsey & Africa.

Brian is responsible for overseeing the financial direction and strategy of OGC. He brings over fifteen years of experience in banking, M&A, and Corporate Finance. Brian most recently served as the CFO of North Central University in downtown Minneapolis, overseeing finance, accounting, budgeting, debt, and liquidity for the organization.

A seasoned accounting and finance professional, prior to joining OGC Judy was Controller for 2 real estate companies located in Massachusetts.  She graduated from the University of Hawai’i – Manoa with a BBA in Finance and Human Resource Management.  A native of Boston, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, going to the beach and optimistically working on improving her golf game.

Michèle C. Linde is a Member of the Firm and serves as its Vice President, Attorney Affairs.

Michèle is a collaborative results-driven corporate global C-suite attorney with more than 30 years of in-house and private legal practice. She offers extensive experience within a diversified platform of life sciences spanning branded and generic pharmaceuticals, medical devices, academia, cosmetics and the champagne industry. 

Rhonda Gibb-Shulman is Senior Director of Business Development for Outside GC and works closely with the firm’s leadership team to build, manage and execute market-driven strategies to bring the benefits of Outside GC to new and existing clients. 

Sandra is Director of Talent & Culture for both Outside GC and Patent GC. Prior to joining the firm, Sandra was a Senior Paralegal in the Contested Litigation department for a national commercial law firm.

Wendy Kranseler is Director of Client Relations for both Outside GC and Patent GC. Prior to joining the firm, Wendy was Senior Licensing Paralegal at Hasbro, Inc.  

Holli Ryter is part of the Business Operations team for both Outside GC and Patent GC. Prior to joining the firm, Holli was Firm Administrator and Billing Coordinator at Ryter & Company, a CPA and financial services firm.  Previously, Holli held positions as Retirement Plan Administrator and Consultant at The New England Life Insurance Company and prior to that worked as a Benefits Specialist in the Actuarial, Benefits and Compensation Consulting Division at Coopers & Lybrand.  Holli graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a B.S. in Business Administration. Holli lives in Sharon with her husband and 3 children. In her spare time, Holli enjoys traveling with her family as well as being outdoors running, biking and walking her dog.

Lakshmi Sarma Ramani is a Member of the Firm and serves as its Director of Compliance and Ethics.

Lakshmi joined the firm in 2017 and brings over 20 years of significant transactional experience as both a senior legal executive and private practitioner representing a wide range of for-profit and non-profit companies. 

A dynamic and dedicated finance professional, Rebecca brings over 20 years of experience in corporate accounting at several levels within an organization. In her role as Manager of Accounting, she handles the full range of accounting functions for the firm, including financial reporting

Lynn Kuzneski is part of the Business Operations team for Outside GC, handling marketing and communications projects on a part-time basis. Lynn joined the firm in 2014 after a hiatus in her professional life to raise her two children. Prior to that time, Lynn practiced corporate law with Edwards & Angell LLP (now Locke Lord LLP) for several years, followed by a position with Brown University’s Office of Gift Planning. Lynn graduated from Providence College, summa cum laude, with a B.S. in Political Science and earned a J.D. from Case Western Reserve School of Law. She is a frequent volunteer at her children's school, and also serves on the Board of Directors of Bruno United F.C. In addition to spending time with her family, Lynn enjoys travelling, gardening and reading a good book.
