Lori Bean Geisinger

Senior Counsel

Lori is an experienced business and immigration attorney who leads our immigration practice team at Outside GC. She routinely counsels our professional and business clients of all sizes, as well as their foreign national employees, on short- and long-term strategies and solutions for furthering their employment and business goals in the U.S.  Specifically, Lori assists our clients in obtaining and extending temporary nonimmigrant visas and status (including B-1, E-1/E-2, E-3, F-1, H-1B, J-1, L-1, O-1, and TN status), immigrant visas and permanent residence status (in the EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3 categories, as well as through National Interest Waivers) and U.S. citizenship. She also represents individuals in a variety of family based immigration matters, including marriage-based permanent residence, and provides advice on immigrant and nonimmigrant visa consular processing. Lori has considerable experience representing growth-stage software and technology companies, biotech and medical device companies, overseas entities desiring or having a U.S. presence, and medical professionals.

Lori and her family currently live in Sharon, Massachusetts. When not working, Lori enjoys spending time with her family and their lovable rescue dog, various outdoor endeavors (including skiing in Vermont, golfing, paddle boarding, and hiking), riding her Peloton bike, traveling, binge-watching various shows, and sharing a great meal with friends.
