Bob Michitarian’s unique practice focuses on the intersection of technology and healthcare. He has over two decades of legal and industry experience advising companies in medtech, biopharma, medical device / SaMD (software-as-a-medical device), SaaS, enterprise software, and big data. Bob guides entrepreneurs in developing innovative products and processing highly sensitive data, and regularly handles a broad range of corporate and commercial legal matters, including helping companies go public, structuring strategic partnerships, expanding pipelines, accelerating sales, entering new verticals and international markets, and managing the intense challenges of competing in fast-moving and heavily regulated industries.
Bob grew up at Lake Tahoe and enjoys outdoor sports, dog training, and home renovation.
