Rick Levy is a seasoned Los Angeles-based attorney, business executive, strategist, and investor who has spent the past 25+ years of his career in the music, entertainment, and sports industries. At OGC, Rick advises companies, founders, and executive teams on complex commercial matters, mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, corporate governance, and high-stakes business decisions. He also represents and advises entertainment executives in the negotiation of their employment agreements and separations from their employers, as well as musicians in all aspects of their careers and contracts.
Drawing on decades of experience serving in legal and business leadership roles, he brings a practical, business-first perspective to legal strategy, helping clients navigate growth, transactions, and organizational change while aligning legal advice with broader business objectives. Rick lives in Los Angeles with his wife and four children, and can be found on the weekends coaching his youngest son’s Little League baseball team.
