Perry has deep experience in complex commercial and technology agreements, M&A, financing transactions, corporate governance and compliance, SEC reporting and employment law, as well as dispute resolution, and brings a practical approach to problem solving that balances business objectives with risk tolerance while prioritizing growth.
Perry grew up in Southern California and lives in Villa Park, California with his wife and two 15-year-old twin boys. He enjoys spending time with family, cooking, water sports and outdoor activities, gardening, golf and hiking.
