Paul Cimino has two decades of experience serving as in-house legal counsel to private and public companies. He regularly handles a wide range of commercial arrangements, including software and technology licensing and services (SaaS/PaaS); confidentiality and non-disclosure (NDAs); privacy and data protection (DPAs); VAR/distribution arrangements; and Terms of Use/Service (TOS). He also provides support to his clients on employment-related issues, litigation and dispute resolution strategy, outside counsel management, intellectual property protection and licensing, entity formation and board governance, and commercial real estate arrangements.
When not working to help companies grow and prosper, Paul spends time outdoors whenever possible, listens to all kinds of music (he’s a former college DJ), and enjoys reading and retaining lots of obscure nonfiction in order to maintain his edge over you at bar trivia.
