
Naomi Biswas is a biotechnology intellectual property attorney with over 25 years of patent and trademark portfolio management experience in both in-house and private practice roles. Naomi provides strategic counseling to university technology transfer offices, focusing on protecting and commercializing life science technologies. Naomi also provides business-focused counseling to companies ranging in size from start-ups to multinational corporations. Naomi’s practice includes strategic portfolio development, licensing negotiation and transaction-related due diligence for a broad array of technologies and therapeutic areas, including gene editing, antibody engineering, small-molecule, biological, and nucleotide based therapeutics for oncology, cardiovascular disease, metabolic disease, and CNS disorders.
