Michael Brown brings over 20 years of in-house legal experience to his practice which focuses on advising healthcare companies in a variety of areas, including transactional matters; fraud & abuse issues; Stark; “Sunshine” laws; billing, regulatory matters, HIPAA/privacy and compliance programs. He also handles employment and general business matters such as vendor/supplier agreements, confidentiality agreements, consulting arrangements, employment agreements, separation agreements, term sheets, real estate leases. Michael is experienced in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts with both private and public companies, as well as academic/research institutions, hospitals, and physicians.
