Kelley Hippler serves as the Chief Revenue Officer for Outside GC.
Kelley is a global business executive with 20 years of experience building bold, profitable sales and customer success organizations. She excels in looking beyond quotas to envision how client engagement and employee experience can benefit the business and bottom line. Her leadership focuses on enablement, efficiency, and structure; and she has a track record of instilling process and organizational excellence to achieve revenue growth and sales productivity.
Prior to joining Outside GC in October 2022, Kelley was Chief Sales Officer at Forrester Research in Cambridge, MA, where she led both the Global Sales and Customer Success teams in supporting business and technology leaders use customer experience to accelerate growth.
Over her two decades leading sales and customer success at Forrester Research, Kelley has collaborated with thousands of companies to gain a deep understanding of strategy and operations for business of all sizes—from startups to multi-billion dollar organizations. She is adept at uniting teams around a shared purpose and guided Forrester’s development of strategic training programs for incoming sales and customer service employees. Kelley is an invaluable resource for companies looking to accelerate growth and profitability.
Kelley graduated from Tufts University with a B.A. in Economics and earned her MBA at Boston University.
A native of MA, Kelley resides in Sharon with her husband Tom, two sons and their dog Texas who was a rescue from Arkansas. Kelley enjoys running, spin classes and reading and is an avid New England Patriots fan. She also serves as Chair of the Boston Advisory Board for Peer Health Exchange.
