Kate Cronin has nearly 30 years of experience leveraging her legal skills and business acumen on behalf of clients operating across a range of industries, including financial services, data services, technology, information security and sustainability. Kate provides business-focused counseling on a variety of legal issues, with a particular emphasis on commercial transactions relating to hosted (SaaS) services, licensing (data, software, content), managed services, professional services, consulting services, network and telecommunication services. At both AT&T and Citi, Kate worked with the innovation teams deploying new disruptive technologies. She also handles start-up challenges, corporate governance, internal policy development, compliance, and data privacy issues. Leveraging her early experience in litigation, corporate investigations, and environmental law, merged with her in-house regulatory compliance and corporate supplier responsibility work, Kate brings a practiced eye to emerging sustainability issues and climate risk analysis.
Kate volunteers with numerous local community organizations, including having served as a member of the St. Augustine’s Catholic Church Parish Council and leading her public school district’s environmental sustainability group. She also enjoys skiing, sailing, and supporting youth sailing, including co-chairing youth dinghy sailing team race national events.
