Jill brings over 27 years of legal, operational, and strategic experience to her clients, with a particular focus on supporting pharmaceutical and medical device companies of all sizes. Known for her pragmatism, humor, and ability to harmonize business operations with legal requirements in the efficient pursuit of organizational goals, Jill handles a broad range of legal issues arising in the life sciences sector, including conducting promotional and medical reviews for drug therapies; drafting and negotiating supply, distribution, marketing, collaboration, and quality agreements; and developing and operationalizing comprehensive compliance programs (including employee training). In addition, Jill regularly supports her clients’ trademark needs in the following areas: selecting and clearing trademarks, registering trademarks domestically, enforcing rights, responding to claims of infringement, and managing disputes and other litigation.
Jill was raised in Lexington before moving to the other idyllic colonial town of Concord, Massachusetts. She and her family now live in Boston’s Seaport neighborhood. She enjoys traveling to see wildlife, visiting her kids at college, boating on Boston harbor and has returned to skiing after nearly three decades off snow.
