Jeff Levenberg is a trusted advisor and former general counsel with more than two decades of in-house leadership experience helping technology and other innovation-driven companies manage risk and meet their business goals. His practice focuses on commercial transactions, with an emphasis on technology-related deals including SaaS, licensing, OEM, and channel agreements. He also advises clients on day-to-day legal needs such as employment counseling, litigation management, product development, and marketing and media matters. Having sat in the GC chair, Jeff understands the pressures inside a company and what businesses need from their lawyers. He identifies the risks but focuses on finding practical, business-minded solutions that keep things moving.
Outside of work, Jeff follows emerging technologies such as AI and automation and enjoys traveling with his family. A die-hard Michigan football fan and self-professed sneakerhead, he lives in New Jersey with his wife, two children, and their opinionated Dachshund, Rollo.
