Operations
Brian is responsible for overseeing the financial direction and strategy of Outside GC. He brings over fifteen years of experience in banking, M&A, and Corporate Finance. Most recently, Brian served as the CFO of North Central University in downtown Minneapolis, overseeing finance, accounting, budgeting, debt, and liquidity for the organization. Prior to this, he spent seven years at Target Corporation in various Corporate Finance roles and five years with BMO Financial Group’s Leveraged Finance team working on middle-market buyout transactions.
Brian earned his Bachelor’s in Finance and MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
A lifelong resident of Minneapolis, Brian spends his free time coaching soccer, unsuccessfully training his dog, and listening intently to transpose his two-year old daughter’s statements.
