Beth Zelnick Kaufman

Beth is a global healthcare attorney with over 25 years of diverse business, legal and operational experience across a range of regulated, healthcare-based industries. She regularly advises CEOs, the C-Suite, and boards of directors on a wide range of strategic, operational, legal, and regulatory issues, with a focus on complex transactions, change management, restructuring, human resources operations and law, operational strategy, government investigations, risk management, contract negotiation, new product launches, government affairs, FDA interactions, and regulatory strategy and growth.
