She has served as General Counsel, both full-time and fractional, corporate secretary, and strategic legal advisor to companies ranging from early-stage ventures to Fortune 500 public companies.
Ariella’s practice focuses on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and sophisticated investment structuring. She regularly advises clients on public company reporting and compliance under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, private placements and PIPE transactions, Reg D offerings, fund and SPV formation, board and committee governance, executive compensation, and strategic growth initiatives.
