Anthea Daniels

Anthea Daniels brings more than thirty years of experience advising clients across the healthcare industry. She works with a broad range of organizations—from startups to publicly traded companies—including hospitals, physician groups, ancillary healthcare providers, payors and insurance companies, long-term care facilities, and businesses operating adjacent to the healthcare sector. Known for her pragmatic and strategic approach, Anthea partners closely with clients to identify regulatory issues and evaluate structural options that support business objectives. Her experience spans fraud and abuse and Stark Law compliance, HIPAA and data privacy, Medicare reimbursement, provider and IT contracting, mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, and compliance program development.

In addition to her legal practice, Anthea has served on the boards of numerous charitable organizations, including healthcare and arts-focused nonprofits. She is based in Ohio and, outside of work, enjoys traveling with her husband to visit their daughters at college, cooking, and spending time with her dog, Kiwi.
