Amy is a Managing Partner of Outside GC LLC, Outside GC CA LLP and Patent GC LLC and is a seasoned business attorney with over twenty-two years of both in-house and big law firm experience. Throughout her career, Amy has maintained a unique transactional practice representing clients in various sectors and industries, including banking/finance, healthcare, life sciences, medical devices, real estate, and commercial aviation.  Amy’s clients at Outside GC include Gordon Brothers GroupLocust Walk PartnersEvolution Credit PartnersBinx HealthAllurion Technologies, and  Boston Heart Diagnostics.

Prior to joining Outside GC in 2017, Amy served as Deputy General Counsel to American Renal Associates in Beverly, Massachusetts, as well as General Counsel to KMC Systems, a private label developer and manufacturer of medical devices and instruments in New Hampshire.  KMC Systems has partnered with some of the largest names in the in-vitro diagnostics global market, including GE Healthcare, Becton Dickenson, Gen-Probe, Hologic, and Biokit among others. 

Amy has also served as Assistant General Counsel at US Airways (now American Airlines) and provided counsel and advice to developers and purchasers of commercial, residential and mixed-use properties throughout the Vail Valley in Colorado.   Amy began her career as an associate at Patton Boggs LLP (now Squire Patton Boggs) in Dallas, Texas, where she specialized in mezzanine finance. 

Amy graduated cum laude from the University of Colorado at Boulder and earned her Juris Doctor from SMU Law School in Dallas, Texas, where she was member of SMU Law Review.  She is admitted to practice law in Texas, Colorado and New Hampshire.

Amy was born and raised in Texas and currently resides in New Hampshire with her family and the best black labrador retriever in the world.  Amy spends most of the year watching her son play travel hockey, but when time permits, she loves to travel, hike and ski.
