Amy is a versatile and skilled business attorney with in-house, law firm and financial management experience. She has maintained a transactional practice for almost twenty years and has worked in various sectors and industries including healthcare, life sciences, medical device, real estate, aerospace OEM/manufacturing, and commercial aviation. Amy’s clients include Atlas Genetics, Boston Heart Diagnostics, ConnectRN, and DiagnoEconomics.
Most recently, Amy served as Deputy General Counsel at American Renal Associates (NYSE: ARA) where she was responsible for commercial finance matters for over 210 individually owned outpatient dialysis clinics, as well as for real estate leasing, construction/build-out and operational issues.
Prior to working at American Renal, Amy served as General Counsel to an innovative medical contract manufacturing, engineering and design company – KMC Systems, Inc. Amy has also served as Assistant General Counsel at US Airways and began her career as an associate at Patton Boggs LLP. She has also provided counsel and advice to developers and purchasers of commercial, residential and mixed-use properties throughout the Vail Valley.
Amy graduated cum laude from the University of Colorado at Boulder and earned her Juris Doctor from SMU Law School in Dallas, Texas, where she was member of SMU Law Review. She is admitted to practice law in Texas, Colorado and New Hampshire.
Amy is originally from Paris, Texas, and she currently resides in Stratham, New Hampshire, with her family and the sweetest black lab in the world – Reilly.
