Because Outside GC attorneys typically work on site at our clients’ locations, we develop intimate knowledge of your business, allowing us to develop trust relationships with key individuals. Like a full time in-house counsel, we are available to be on your email system, have an extension on your phone system, and take other steps to be part of your management team. We don’t typically bill our clients on an hourly basis, but rather charge a pre-arranged fee for being present a certain part of every week or month, so when we participate in meetings about a new marketing campaign, business development deal or product plan, our clients get the benefit of proactive legal advice without hearing the clock ticking in the background.
