Like a full time in-house counsel, our attorneys can have email addresses on your email system, have an extension on your phone system, and take other steps to be part of your management team. We typically bill our clients on an hourly basis, but because our rates are so much lower than what law firms charge for comparable experience, when we participate in meetings about a new marketing campaign, business development deal or product plan, our clients get the benefit of proactive legal advice without worrying about the clock ticking in the background.
