Diane Pyron has been an attorney with Outside GC since 2005.
Diane Pyron brings a well-balanced and rounded approach to her clients' needs, having practiced law, domestically and abroad (the Middle East), both as an associate with several multi-national law firms, as well as in-house counsel to companies predominantly focused in the technology sector. Diane's practice has focused on providing legal assistance to her clients in connection with operational, contractual and strategic matters, including in the international realm, in order to provide her clients with not only legal but business support in their efforts to gain market share and profit growth.
Diane's clients at Outside GC include HighRoads, Inc., OpenPages, Inc. and Phase Forward Incorporated.
Before joining Outside GC, Diane was General Counsel for LION bioscience, Inc., a bioinformatics software company, and Plaut Consulting, the U.S. subsidiary of a European high technology consulting, implementation and outsourcing company (Plaut AG). Prior to that, Diane held in-house positions at GTE Internetworking, Viewlogic Systems and was International Counsel at The Gulf Bank in Kuwait, and also assisted with various matters with a Kuwaiti law firm. Diane has also worked as an independent legal consultant to a number of software, internet and biotech companies in the greater Boston area. Diane began her legal career at the Los Angeles office of the multinational law firm Bryan Cave, and also worked as an associate at Hancock, Rothert & Bunshoft in the Los Angeles office. Prior to joining Brian Cave, Diane completed a federal judicial clerkship in California with the Honorable Dickran Tevrizian. Diane is a cum laude graduate of Tulane Law School and a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley.
Diane grew up in Long Beach, CA, but has lived in Massachusetts since 1999 when she moved back to the U.S. with her husband Bill. In her free time, Diane loves reading, cooking and hitting the gym, as well as travelling with her husband and her two children, Amelia and Atticus.
