Jennifer has been an attorney with Outside GC since 2007.

Jennifer has advised technology companies for over thirteen years, counseling her clients through all phases of growth. Jennifer advises her clients on angel and venture financings, strategic business matters, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, technology licensing arrangements, outsourcing relationships, corporate governance, human resources matters and more.

Jennifer's clients at Outside GC include InstallFree, Inc., IntervalZero, Inc. and Zipcar, Inc.

Prior to joining Outside GC, Jennifer was VP, General Counsel & Secretary of GetConnected, Inc., a private venture-backed technology company providing transaction processing and web hosting services to retailers and service providers including AOL, Yahoo!, Circuit City, Best Buy, Radio Shack, Dell, Microsoft, AT&T, Verizon, Comcast, Qwest and EchoStar. Prior to joining GetConnected, Jennifer was Assistant General Counsel at Enterasys Networks, Inc., a NYSE-traded global provider of enterprise network infrastructure solutions, where she provided legal advice with respect to SEC compliance, Sarbanes-Oxley, corporate governance, technology licensing, and strategic alliances.

Jennifer began her legal career as an associate with the law firm Testa, Hurwitz and Thibeault, LLP, then one of the nation's leading technology law firms. While at Testa, she represented both private and public companies, venture funds and investment banks and focused on general corporate law, venture financings, securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and technology licensing. Her clients included hardware and software developers and e-commerce, telecommunications companies, and alternative energy companies.

Jennifer holds a J.D., magna cum laude, from Suffolk University Law School and a B.S. in Finance, cum laude, from Providence College.

Jennifer served as co-chair of the Boston Bar Association's Computer and Internet Law Committee from 2007 to 2009.
