Andrew Fabian has been an attorney with Outside GC since 2009.
Andrew has significant experience advising public and private companies in the cleantech, technology, finance, energy, Internet, retail, fashion and luxury goods industries. Andrew provides counsel on a wide range of transactions including private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, cross-border and domestic M&A, as well as handling general day to day matters such as drafting and negotiating corporate formation documents and commercial contracts. Andrew represents the leading U.S. offshore wind energy developer and recently advised a private equity sponsor investing into a fuel cell joint venture.
Before joining Outside GC, Andrew served as vice president of project finance & legal affairs for a venture capital financed developer of cogeneration and landfill-gas-energy projects. Previously, Andrew was the general counsel of a publicly traded semiconductor company in California and began his career as an associate at the law firm Bryan Cave in the corporate finance & securities group in New York.
Andrew is currently pursuing an MBA at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, received a JD from the Fordham University School of Law, and graduated from Cornell University with a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations and currently serves as Vice President of his Cornell graduate class.
Andrew performs pro bono legal work for several non-profit organizations including the Ruben Brown Foundation.
