Andrew Fabian has significant experience advising public and private companies, including startups, in the cleantech, technology, finance, energy, Internet, retail, fashion and other industries. Andrew provides counsel on a wide range of transactions including private equity, venture capital, public and private offerings, joint ventures, cross-border and M&A, as well as handling general day to day matters such as drafting and negotiating corporate formation documents and commercial contracts. Recently, Andrew represented a technology company raising venture capital financing and worked alongside a major law firm advising a private equity sponsor purchasing a cleantech business. Andrew formerly served as vice president of project finance & legal affairs for Endurant Energy, where he was lead in-house counsel for a venture capital financed developer of ultra-efficient power plants. Previously, Andrew was the general counsel of a publicly traded semiconductor company in California and began his career as an associate at the law firm Bryan Cave in the corporate finance & securities group in New York. Andrew also performs pro bono legal work for several non-profit organizations including the Ruben Brown Foundation. Andrew is currently pursuing an MBA at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania in an executive format, received a JD from the Fordham University School of Law and graduated from Cornell University with a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations.
