Michele has experience both as an in-house attorney and as a business consultant working with a wide variety of companies. Her clients always appreciate her commitment to customer service and practical solutions. Michele has superior experience in technology licensing, development agreements, merger – acquisitions, an array of business contracts, litigation management and real estate. Her training and practice as a mediator have enhanced her natural skills as a negotiator and are most advantageous when finalizing deals, resolving disputes and helping parties attain successful results. Michele has experience with multi-national companies including transactions in Russia, Japan, Sweden, Italy and Canada. Michele was in-house attorney with The Sherwin-Williams Company and White Consolidated where she was Assistant General Counsel. Most recently she was in private practice and "Of Counsel" to two Cleveland law firms. Michele graduated cum laude from Cleveland Marshall College of Law in the top 9% of her class and is licensed in both Colorado and Ohio.
