Jennifer joined Outside GC in March 2008, bringing with her over 15 years of experience providing in-house legal counsel to a number of companies in the high tech sector, including Microcom, Inc., Softrax Corporation and Ab Initio Software Corporation.

Jennifer has a proven record in negotiating large-scale contracts, effectively supporting and promoting strategic business goals, working with multi-disciplinary teams and third parties, supporting international business relationships, managing litigation (including EEOC claims), overseeing employment matters and employment law compliance, and managing day-to-day legal issues. She also has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating a broad range of contracts, including agreements for software and intellectual property licensing, professional services, real estate arrangements, consulting projects, outsourcing, product distribution, software and biotech development, strategic partnerships, and vendor/supplier relationships.

Jennifer's current client base with Outside GC includes internet, software, biotech, security and green energy companies. She enjoys the fact that each of her clients has its own unique culture, objectives, and concerns, and strongly believes that an individualized focus is essential to providing the best legal services. At the same time, she finds that the diversity in her client base usefully enriches the perspective and the skill set that she can bring to bear on behalf of each of them.

Jennifer received her legal and undergraduate degrees from Harvard University.
