Stefan, formerly Associate General Counsel for Engage, Inc., has significant experience representing public and private clients on a range of general corporate and business matters. Stefan has handled multiple acquisition and divestiture transactions, has assisted several companies in connection with their public company reporting obligations and has negotiated and drafted numerous software license, reseller and OEM agreements, service and support agreements, technology development agreements, strategic alliances, joint ventures and other similar commercial agreements. Prior to joining Engage, Stefan was an associate in the Boston office of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky & Popeo, practicing in the firm's real estate and business and finance departments. Stefan is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, and is a member of the American, Massachusetts and Boston Bar Associations. Stefan received his B.S. from Tufts University and his J.D. magna cum laude from Boston College Law School.
