Diane has a wealth of experience representing companies in all
aspects of operational and strategic matters, including in the international realm.
Diane was previously General Counsel for LION bioscience, Inc., a bioinformatics
software company, and Plaut Consulting, the U.S. subsidiary of a worldwide European
high technology consulting, implementation and outsourcing company (Plaut AG).
Prior to that, Diane held in-house positions at GTE Internetworking, Viewlogic Systems
and The Gulf Bank (in Kuwait), and worked as an independent legal consultant to
a number of software, internet and biotech companies in the greater Boston area.
After completing a federal judicial clerkship in California, Diane began her legal
career at the Los Angeles office of the national law firm Bryan Cave.
Diane is a cum laude graduate of Tulane Law School and a graduate of the University
of California at Berkeley.
