Lloyd brings a strong combination of legal and
business skills to Outside GC. Lloyd was previously Vice President and
General Counsel for Red Sky Interactive, a 500-employee internet consulting
and design company, where he also served in a business development role.
Before joining Red Sky, Lloyd spent 11 years in private practice in the
San Francisco area, first at McCutchen, Doyle, Brown and Enersen, and
later at Hancock, Rothert & Bunshoft, Russin & Vecchi and The Mills Law
Firm. Lloyd is a cum laude graduate of Harvard University and a cum laude
graduate of Boston College Law School.
