Lillian has significant experience as a business lawyer representing companies
in the technology and biotech industries. Prior to joining Outside GC, Lillian was
Assistant General Counsel for PAREXEL International, a publicly-held company and
one of the world's leading contract research organizations, and was responsible
for all legal aspects of the North American operations of PAREXEL's core clinical
research services business. During her tenure at PAREXEL, Lillian also had
responsibility for providing overall legal support for Perceptive Informatics Inc.,
PAREXEL's advanced technology unit, and Medical Communications, PAREXEL's medical
marketing unit. Before joining PAREXEL, Lillian was Assistant General Counsel
for Genuity Inc., a publicly-traded, global Internet infrastructure company.
Lillian began her legal career as an associate in the Business Practice Group
of the law firm of Testa, Hurwitz and Thibeault, LLP, where she represented
public and private companies and venture funds. Lillian graduated with honors
from Stanford University and is a graduate of New York University School of Law.
Lillian is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the
State of New York.
